Operations Administrator – 6 months fixed contract

If so, we are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of the Bellshill, Scotland team.

The Position:
Reporting to the Field Territory Manager - Scotland you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all engineer labour for the Scottish region. As well as this, you will be raising all call outs and surveys on SAP, including any emergency remedial call outs. You will work closely with the Surveyors of the Scottish region, booking labour and providing administration support to them. Further to this, it is the responsibility of the Operations Co-ordinator to collate and process engineers’ timesheets and pass on to payroll, ensuring engineers are paid accurately and on time.

Skills and Experience

  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience using SAP
  • Experience within the door industry
