Sales Administrator (Fixed Term 12 Months)

If so, we are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of the After Sales team at our Ringwood head office.

The Position:
As a Sales Administrator, reporting to the Sales & Contracts Team Leader, you will be liaising with customers by sending out quotations and updating the database.  You will also be required to raise and process customer orders that come through as well as chasing these orders, with customers and suppliers, when need be. The position requires you to work closely with your team as well as liaising with other departments throughout the company, ensuring you deliver a professional and efficient service to all of our customers. To achieve positive service provided, we use monthly targets that we need to meet. As we have a number of existing customers, you will also be responsible for the renewal of maintenance contracts using SAP.
