Growth strategy continued
Gilgen Door Systems is actively pursuing its growth strategy in the final quarter of the year: as of 1 October, it is taking over the Swiss service business of the German company Marantec Marienfeld GmbH & Co. KG. This extends from western Switzerland across the Mittelland to Ticino.
Marantec was founded more than 30 years ago in East Westphalia. It produces drive and control systems as well as accessory products for all types of gates for both the private and commercial sectors.
Benefiting from cooperation
Gilgen will not only act as a service partner, but will also support the distribution of Marantec products in parts of Switzerland. This cooperation will enable Gilgen to purchase products in the Industrial Doors sector at attractive conditions and to expand its own after-sales service business.
With this cooperation, Gilgen will consolidate its position in the Swiss market for sustainable growth.
