With effect from 1 January 2022, Gilgen Door Systems Germany GmbH in Bühl will take over the business operations of Hagemann Automatische Türsysteme GmbH in Freigericht and Pabst Automatische Türsysteme GmbH in Siegen, including all employees.
The Hagemann site in Freigericht continues to operate as a separate Regional Centre in Frankfurt. The Regional Centre is managed by Jochen Hagemann.
The employees of Pabst in Siegen are integrated into our Regional Centre in Bielefeld.
The takeovers are part of the expansion strategy on the German market.
