    Whenever you contact us, such as e.g. by e-mail, using the contact form, through the after-sales service or via a fault report (fault notice), the personal data you communicate us (e.g. the name, first name and e-mail address) will be stored in our system to enable us to answer your questions or to deal with your request. Additional personal data that you have put at Gilgen’s disposal upon registration, configuration and ordering of products and systems (such as phone number, postal address, site, etc.) will be stored and further processed within the scope of your visit to this website as well as in order to fulfil the contract relation between you and Gilgen.
    There will be no further or person-related evaluations, except in the context of security incidents, contract breach or criminal acts.

    However, please note that the access to the protected download area and to myGilgen are accessed over the internet and thus over a network open to all.
