Taipei MRT

The so-called “Blue Line”, the main east-west link of the Taiwanese capital city’s metro network, was opened in stages between 1999 and 2015. It runs completely underground. It connects the eastern district of Nangang with the city centre, along with the south-western suburbs of Banqiao and Tucheng, and transports thousands of commuters in both directions every day.
