Through our certified safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001, we endeavour to motivate and oblige our employees to adopt safety-conscious behaviour. We promote health awareness and safe working practices in the respective areas of management and activity in order to eliminate or minimise work-related health risks for our employees.

We continuously review all activities with regard to their impact on occupational health and safety, adapt them to current circumstances and thus improve the integrated system at Gilgen Door Systems. Ergonomically designed workplaces, work equipment and work processes further contribute to this.
Regulations
Our managers and employees are obliged to comply with the statutory regulations and operational requirements for occupational health and safety at all times. The management and the respective branch managers at the various locations provide the necessary resources and comprehensive protective equipment. We also organise regular training courses on occupational health and safety.
