Open interaction with trust and respect

It is important to us not only to open doors and gates, but also our culture. For open cooperation. We challenge and support our employees. Our aim is for every employee to embrace entrepreneurship and personal responsibility, to contribute and respond accordingly. The basis for this is mutual trust and respect coupled with an honest and direct feedback and conflict culture.

Apprentices

At our head office, we continuously train over 40 apprentices in 9 different professional fields, introduce them to the world of work and accompany them to successful completion. Some of them have also taken part in professional championships thanks to their outstanding performance.

Equal pay and equal opportunities

Equal pay and equal opportunities are a matter of course and are regularly reviewed by an external specialist centre. We define and promote correct cooperation through our own Code of Conduct and facilitate the reporting of violations through a Group-wide whistleblowing hotline. The specialist departments are sensitised to the Code of Conduct in regular training sessions. We declare our achievements in corporate social responsibility (CSR) on numerous CSR platforms.

Diversity

The diversity of employees in our international company is actively promoted. We support the possibility of part-time work, the proportion of women in the workforce as well as in management and the multicultural background of our employees.

Mobility
Mobility

We promote Co2-free mobility with charging stations for electric vehicles and e-bikes. We also motivate our employees to cycle to work or use public transport to get to work by participating in the "Bike to work" programme. For business trips, we promote public transport with appropriate travelcards.
