General questions

Gilgen Connect consists of three state-of-the-art modules (Cloud Asset Management, Cloud Gateway and Mobile APP) that enable the digital management of door systems. Find out more: Gilgen Connect

This is the asset management platform. You can use it to manage your assets digitally and have round-the-clock access to reports and invoices as well as the current maintenance contract. You have the option of creating investment groups.

Gilgen Connect Cloud Dashboard

It is possible to submit a breakdown report directly from the dashboard. Other options are available via the Gilgen hotline +41 848 80 44 90 or via a direct link on the Gilgen website.

Yes, this is possible. However, if the system is adjusted (due to a change of ownership, etc.), the added documents will also be removed for data protection reasons.

To obtain a correct view, the CSV file with the name organisation_AssetExpor_Datum must be imported into an empty Excel file using the import function in the "Data" tab of the downloads.
