Scope of Work

• Supplied and installed Gilgen automatic door operators throughout the 12-floor hotel, including:
  • Rooftop bar and lounge
  • Pool entry
  • Smoking areas
  • Function rooms
• Integrated bi-parting and single sliding door systems linked to the hotel’s Building Management System (BMS) for seamless control.
• Added a custom “splash of gold” finish to swing door operators for DDA-compliant toilets, aligning with the hotel’s luxury aesthetic.
• Provided ongoing safety and maintenance services in compliance with AS5007-2007, including 24/7 emergency call-out support.
