Easy operation: app and control panel
Modern door control has evolved considerably thanks to technological advances. Two of the most commonly used methods for managing and controlling access systems are the control panel and the mobile app.
Both approaches offer unique benefits and help to improve security and convenience in industrial and commercial environments.
Gilgen Connect Mobile
Simple operation “Standard”
With our mobile app, you can conveniently access the door control panel via Bluetooth.
The advantage of this is that you don't just have to click on the panel's very compact display. In standard mode, you can operate the following functions immediately with individual touch gestures:
- Opening mode (Selection between full width, half width)
- Exit/entry locked (Remains closed even if the sensor is active)
- Open (The door remains open)
- Exit (The door only opens as an exit)
- Automatic (Enables to open on both sides when approached)
- Manual (The door only opens on a touch on the display)
- Night (The door is locked on both sides)
Test the mobile app
Test the mobile app
Are you curious about the mobile app? Would you like to test it immediately and without obligation?
Yes, that is possible!
You can connect directly to the Android or Apple Store via the link below and then install the Testflight app. This is free of charge and you can delete it at any time. As soon as the app is installed, you can use the app with fictitious data and get to know how it works.
The control panel
The operating mode of the door can be set using the Gilgen Connect Control Panel. A second operating level provides access to the most common additional functions. The Gilgen Connect Control Panel communicates via Bluetooth with a smartphone or with the Gilgen Connect Mobile app. Full access to all door parameters is possible in the app (expert mode).
