Documents and Data

All documents are stored for you for each door and system. The standard documents include

  • Invoices
  • contracts
  • reports

These can be downloaded as PDF files at any time. You can upload your own images or documents for each door asset or system. If a door asset is moved to a group, all data and linked information is retained. 

The backup of your personal door parameters is particularly practical. You or your building technician can create the perfect setup for each door and save it for each door. If these settings are lost, they can be immediately restored from the cloud or reused on many 100 or 1000 doors.

All documents and data are available with a high degree of redundancy. Here, the cloud infrastructure guarantees successfully retrievable and up-to-date data in accordance with the latest standards. 

Your data is updated every night via our SAP systems, so you receive the latest reports, invoices and much more every day, correctly categorized and organized.

The biggest advantage of the cloud dashboard solution is, of course, remote access to all door systems from anywhere at any time.

Organization and user rights

Large companies with many branches in particular can group all door systems by country, region and building down to floor level.

Create an administrator for each location and assign your own rights via the standard “Technician” and “Operator” groups.
Decide at any time who has access to which door on each floor. Users, groups and door assets can also be moved at any time or formed into new main groups and subgroups.

Define who the contact person is for each door and manage contact points such as telephone or e-mail.
