Al Watany Bank of Egypt
The Al Watany Bank of Egypt is an Egyptian bank and a subsidiary of the National Bank of Kuwait. The bank was founded as a joint-stock company in May 1980 by a consortium of Egyptian businessmen,
initially with two branches in Cairo. It grew up in promising economic times to establish itself as Egypt’s leading bank or small and medium-sized enterprises.
