Cable Liner Shuttle
The Cable Liner Shuttle serves as a transport link between the specially created car park island of Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma on the edge of the Venetian city centre. The Marittima middle station is located between the two end stations, in the immediate vicinity of the passenger terminal of one of the largest cruise ports in the Mediterranean. The "People Mover", as the Venetians call it today, is in regular service from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
