The railway museum (Chemins de fer du Kaeserberg) in the Swiss town of Granges-Paccot, which opened on 31st January 2009, is famous for its unique model-railway layout. A team of passionate railway enthusiasts took 17 years to create this re-imagined piece of Switzerland. Building contractor Marc Antiglio engaged the Kaeser Mountain Railway Museum to help construct the layout. The museum was created by Roger Pfund, a renowned designer based in Geneva.
