Quantum of the Seas

The Quantum of the Seas cruise ship is home to a wide range of exciting activities and diversions. From a surf simulator and a roller skating rink to the elevated viewing platform "North Star", this ship has a lot to offer. "North Star" is considered a highlight.

Gilgen Door Systems has made a major contribution to this highlight. The doors of the glass ball, which is up to 90 metres above the surface of the water, were specially developed by Gilgen for the Quantum of the Seas. It allows guests to board the observation gondola in comfort and, thanks to the full glazing, ensures an optimal view.

Thanks to our expertise, we were able to realise the customer's specific wishes precisely and thus ensure the safety and comfort of the guests.
